Congratulations to Haris who has been awarded Swimsound’s prestigious award, swimmer of the month! Haris always works hard in his lessons with Bryony and has recently achieved his Stage 4 award. He achieved this by developing all four swimming disciplines, working on his rotation, sculling, and developing his streamlining. Haris’ freestyle technique has improved, he has worked to develop his timing and rhythm with freestyle breathing. This hard work has seen Haris move up to the lane classes were he will continue to develop and perfect his technique whilst building up his strength and stamina to swim further distances.
