Thank you to everyone who came to the Calderstones Gala and well done to all who took part. It was a close competition especially at half time with first and second place being separated by just two points. However, the relay races gave Bryony’s team the edge and help secure their triumph. There was only a point separating the other two teams but Ian’s team came in second and Mark’s team came third.
There were some very close races and it is great to see all the children progress and personal bests being achieved. The competitors showed great support for each other and displayed great sportsmanship throughout. Congratulations to the following people who broke Swimsound records:
