Currently I am studying for a degree in sports and exercise science in University. Throughout my life a large aspect of it has been swimming as I have trained for many years in different sports in the water.
Now that I have become a swimming teacher for Swimsound, my favourite part of teaching is watching my swimmers move up and impress their new teachers with the skills they have learned during our lessons.
I believe that learning how to swim at any age is really beneficial and can be really fun.
