“I am currently studying a degree in Geography at the University of Liverpool. I have been swimming since I was very young and have always loved it. When I was 15 I started volunteering at my local swimming club and soon decided I wanted to get my Level 1 qualification in swimming teaching. I find it very rewarding to see the children progress through the stages and become more confident. My favourite part of being a teaching assistant is seeing the children’s enthusiasm about swimming as that is what made me do my Level 1 so I could pass on my passion for swimming.”
